We have received several calls from from people asking of how they can get their WASSCE private exam (Nov/Dec) certificates and have attempted to respond to them all, however, in order to have everyone in the know of how to do this, we decided to share this note in hope that you share with your friends so a vast number is let in the know of this.

Kindly do well to assist others by sharing this note.

 

Follow the following simple steps

1. Download the certificate collection form (Click here)

2. Print and fill the form completely

3. Submit the completed form at the WAEC office in the Region you wrote the examination.

The process is that easy. Remember to share this post with your friends.

Please Note The Following:

• Certificates for all examinations are issued at least three (3) months after results of the examination are released.
• Certificates for Private candidates are given on their request.
• Candidates are not required to pay any fee when collecting certificates.
• Candidates who live outside Ghana may collect their certificates by proxy. The proxy must produce a valid national identification card.
• The Council’s certificates are issued once only. However, in case a certificate is misplaced or destroyed, the affected candidate may request the confirmation of his/her results to any institution for a fee. In which case the statement of result will be dispatched directly to the receiving institution anywhere in the world.
